From May 8-11, 2025, METALGYMTURKEY exhibited at World Sports Istanbul, held at Yenikapı Avrasya, and met buyers and partners from over 30 countries.
From May 8 to 11, 2025, METALGYMTURKEY took its place at World Sports Istanbul, held at the Yenikapı Avrasya Exhibition and Arts Centre. As one of Türkiye's strongest international fitness-equipment platforms, the fair welcomed professional buyers, importers, chain-store managers and industry experts from more than 30 countries over four days.
From Türkiye to the World
Sharing equipment manufactured in our İzmir Bornova workshop with predominantly international visitors held special meaning for us. We saw firsthand how much the "Made in Türkiye" label has come to mean in international markets. Professionals from the Middle East, the Balkans, Central Asia and Europe approached us for partnership talks — clear confirmation that the value we place on local manufacturing quality resonates abroad.

The most valuable aspect of the fair for us was that many of our visitors were professionals with direct purchasing authority. From entrepreneurs planning to open chain gyms in their countries to distribution firms specialising in equipment imports, we held B2B conversations with a broad cross-section of the industry. The takeaway was clear: international demand for professional fitness equipment manufactured in Türkiye is significantly stronger than we had anticipated.
Hands-On Experience, Striking Feedback
International buyers who visited our booth had the chance to test our machines on site. The feedback we received — particularly on the friction profile, motion fluidity and frame stability of our plate-loaded machines — was overwhelmingly positive. One European chain-gym executive summed it up perfectly: "This machine runs more smoothly than the European brands we are used to."
