2. Orders and Payment
Your orders will be processed after payment confirmation. All prices include VAT. Payment transactions are carried out with a secure 3D Secure system.
3. Delivery
In-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours, while items requiring manufacturing are shipped within 10-12 business days. Please contact us regarding your order delivery status.
4. Warranty
All our products come with a 6-month warranty for upholstery and cables due to potential wear and tear, and a 2-year warranty for all other components. Products found to have manufacturing defects within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
5. Limitation of Liability
Maximum care is taken to ensure the accuracy of information on our website. However, we cannot be held responsible for damages arising from errors in the information.
