Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return Conditions
You can return products within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
2. Return Process
Contact customer service for return request. After approval, ship the product. Refund will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the product.
3. Exchange
Same procedure applies for exchanges. New product will be shipped after receiving the returned item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Hygiene products, custom-made items, and damaged products cannot be returned.
